The Highline Residences are being developed by MV Lot 30 LLC, a private entity managed by Idarado Real Estate Company (IREC). IREC is a boutique development company, long-based in Telluride and led by founder and local resident, Chris Chaffin. IREC has over 24 year’s experience in managing and developing successful real estate projects in iconic mountain resort markets, including 20 years in the Telluride area.

Our sales team is the seasoned O’Neill Stetina Group, which operates under the umbrella of Telluride Properties, a Telluride Real Estate leader since 1986.

World-class builders, Shaw Construction, are acting as General Contractors for the project. Their team has been building throughout the Rocky Mountain region, including Telluride, for over 60 years.

The project architect is Zehren and Associates. Based in Vail, they specialize in resort communities.

The Highline design team comprises a hybrid of Zehren and Associates, and Studio Lambiotte, which has collaborated with the developer over the last decade on other successful development projects. In addition, our kitchens are meticulously designed and fabricated by Space Theory, from the creators of Henry Built, leaders in innovative design and custom functionality.
